Reservations

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. If negligence on your part is evident by canceling numerous appointments we would have to reserve appointments with a credit card.  We hold this information as part of our policies and only make necessary charges to your account when there is a no show or consecutive rescheduling.

Cancellation Considerations

Your treatment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Remedy’s scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, if possible so we may offer your appointment time to someone else.  If this is not possible, please let us know asap.  We are open to your needs.

Confirmations

All confirmation are done through automated program via text messaging.

Group Bookings

For groups of three or more, please contact owner Debbie Pico for booking policies and availability.  A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing.  A 15% gratuity will be added to all event gatherings.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards from Remedy make an excellent gift idea for any occasion. Gift Cards can be purchased from Remedy on site or contact us over phone for mailed out cards.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks and Cash are accepted.

For each guest you refer you both receive 20% off any regular your next visit.
